Returns Policy

We want you to love the poster. If you don't, here is how returns work.

The short version

  • 14 days from the day you receive it, you can return it for a full refund of the poster price.

  • You pay the return shipping. We refund the USD 149.99 product price; we do not refund the original USD 20 outbound shipping.

  • The poster must come back in its original tube, undamaged, with all four planet stickers (Mercury, Venus, Earth + Moon, Mars) still attached.

  • No restocking fee.

  • Damage in transit is handled separately — see below.

How to return a poster

  1. Email contact@metaltellus.com within 14 days of the delivery date. Include your order number.

  2. We'll reply with a return address and confirmation.

  3. Roll the poster carefully back into its original tube, seal both ends, and send it via a tracked service. We recommend tracking because we can only refund posters we actually receive.

  4. Once the poster arrives back with us and we confirm it is in resaleable condition, we will refund the USD 149.99 product price to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few days more to show the refund.

Why these conditions

Each poster is finished by hand: the four planet stickers are applied per order before we ship. That means a returned poster with missing stickers or handling damage cannot be resold and we cannot refund it. If the tube arrives crushed or the sheet creased, the poster will not pass inspection.

Damage in transit

If the poster arrives damaged — crushed tube, torn sheet, smashed stickers — do not send it back. Instead:

  1. Email contact@metaltellus.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage, including the tube.

  3. Tell us whether you want a replacement or a refund. Both are available at your choice.

If you choose a replacement, we ship a new poster at our cost. If you choose a refund, we refund the full amount you paid including the USD 20 shipping.

Defective posters

If there is a manufacturing defect — printing error, sticker misalignment, damaged before we shipped it — the same rule applies as for transit damage: email us within 7 days with photos and choose a replacement or a refund.

What is not returnable

  • Posters returned after the 14-day window.

  • Posters returned without the original tube or with missing stickers.

  • Posters that have been mounted, framed, laminated, cut, or otherwise modified.
