These are the terms under which you buy from www.metaltellus.com. By placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not order.

1. Who we are

Metaltellus is operated by OLIGOP PTE. LTD. (UEN 202613902K), a company incorporated in Singapore with registered office at 160 Robinson Road, #14-04, Singapore Business Federation Center, Singapore 068914. In these terms, "we", "us", and "Metaltellus" mean that company. "You" means the person placing the order.

2. The product

We sell one product: the Metaltellus Diagrammatic Poster (MT0001). It is a single printed strip, 4.756 m long by 0.297 m tall, depicting the inner Solar System to scale (1:60,171,084,906). The planets and Moon are added as laser-marked metallic stickers that we apply by hand before shipping.

The poster ships rolled in a tube approximately 0.379 m long.

We do our best to describe the product accurately. Minor variation in colour, sticker placement, and packaging is normal and is not a defect.

3. Price and payment

The price is shown on the product page in US dollars (USD) and currently is USD 149.99 plus USD 20 flat shipping. Prices may change at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown at checkout.

Payment is processed by Stripe. We accept the cards Stripe supports. Your order is confirmed only when Stripe confirms payment to us.

The price does not include import duties, VAT, GST, customs handling fees, or any other taxes your country charges on delivery. Those are your responsibility. See the Shipping Policy.

4. Accepting your order

Your order is an offer to buy, not a concluded contract. We accept it by sending you an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order (with a full refund) if:

  • We are out of stock or materials.

  • The price was clearly wrong.

  • We cannot legally ship to your destination.

  • We suspect fraud.

5. Shipping

We ship worldwide, subject to the exclusions in the Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

6. Returns and damage

Returns are covered by our Returns Policy. Damage in transit is covered by our Shipping Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The poster design, layout, educational text, illustrations, wordmark, and all materials on www.metaltellus.com are the property of Metaltellus and are protected by copyright. Buying a poster gives you a physical object for personal or classroom display. It does not give you a licence to reproduce, reprint, resell, or adapt the design.

Schools: feel free to display the poster in your classroom and use it in teaching. For anything beyond that — photographing it for a textbook, reproducing the imagery, reprinting at larger quantities — please email us.

8. Limitation of liability

We stand behind our product and will repair, replace, or refund anything that arrives damaged or defective. Beyond that, and to the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, our total liability to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (for example: the disappointment of a child, a missed birthday, lost teaching time).

This does not limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by email will be brought before the courts of Singapore, unless the consumer protection law of your country gives you the right to sue locally.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on the date you place your order.
