Who we are
We are operated by OLIGOP PTE. LTD. (UEN 202613902K), a Singapore company trading as Metaltellus. Fulfilment is handled personally at small volumes.
Where we ship to
We ship worldwide, with a few exceptions (see "Countries we cannot ship to" below).
What it costs
USD 20 flat, anywhere in the world. No hidden handling charges from us.
This does not include import duties, VAT, GST, or customs handling fees your country may charge when the parcel arrives. Those are the buyer's responsibility and are collected by the carrier or customs on delivery, not by us. If you want to know what to expect, your country's customs website is the best source.
Processing time
Each poster is finished by hand — we apply the four planet stickers per order — so expect 3 to 7 business days between your order confirmation and dispatch. We'll email you a tracking number when the parcel leaves us.
If we are travelling or the workshop is closed for any reason, processing may take longer. We'll flag this on the homepage.
Delivery time
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. They depend on the carrier, customs in your country, and how remote your address is. Rough expectations from dispatch:
Singapore, Malaysia, India, most of Southeast Asia: 5 to 12 days
United Kingdom, European Union, United States, Canada, Australia: 7 to 21 days
Latin America, Africa, Pacific: 10 to 30 days
Customs delays are common and are outside our control.
Packaging
The poster ships rolled in a rigid poster tube, approximately 0.379 m long and 6 to 7 cm in diameter. Both ends are sealed. The tube is the standard form factor for posters of this size and is well tested for international post.
Tracking
Every parcel is tracked. You will receive a tracking number by email when we dispatch. If the tracker has not updated in 10 days and your parcel has not arrived, email contact@metaltellus.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
Damaged, lost, or undelivered parcels
Damaged: see the Returns Policy — photograph the damage within 7 days of delivery and we will replace or refund at your choice.
Lost in transit: if tracking shows the parcel as lost, or delivery has not happened within the upper bound above, email us. We will open a trace with the carrier. If the trace confirms loss, we will replace or refund at your choice.
Incorrect or incomplete address: if the parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong, we can reship for the actual cost of reshipping (no additional product charge). If the parcel is destroyed by the carrier because the address was undeliverable, the product is gone and we can offer a partial refund depending on what the carrier charges us. Please double-check your address at checkout.
Refused at customs: if you refuse to pay import duties and the parcel is destroyed or returned, we cannot refund the product price. If it is successfully returned to us we will refund the product price minus any return carrier charges.
Countries we cannot ship to
We do not ship to countries or regions subject to United Nations, Singapore, United States, or European Union sanctions, including but not limited to:
North Korea (DPRK)
Iran
Syria
Cuba
Russia
Belarus
The Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson regions of Ukraine
We also cannot ship to any country that Stripe cannot process payments for; in practice that is a similar list. If you are in a country that is not on this list but checkout refuses your card, please email us.
This list may change. Orders placed to destinations on the list at the time of processing will be cancelled and fully refunded.
